Remember Sonu from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the girl who played daughter of Atmaram Bhide and Madhvi Bhide, is all grown up now.

Jheel Mehta aka Sonu was just 9 when she joined the show. However, after playing the successful character of Sonu for almost four years decided to take a break and concentrate on her studies.

It is very rare that we come across people who let go off the stardom just for the sake of studies and earning proficiency in the field. She scored 93.33% in ICSE board exams and very happy with her decision. Currently, she is doing BBA from NMMIS University, Mumbai.

Jheel is now 18 years old and unlike every teenager girl, Jheel has lots of memories to cherish in this transition from teen to a full-blown adult. Have a look:
